We do not give information about shipments
We scan parcels in and out, and that is all we see. Where your shipment is, when it will be delivered or why something went wrong: only the carrier or the webshop where you ordered knows that. At our counter we genuinely cannot answer those questions.

We cannot keep parcels longer than allowed
The carrier decides how many days a parcel may stay with us (usually five to seven days). Once that period is over, we have to return the shipment to the sender. We cannot extend it, not even if you are on holiday. So collect your parcel as soon as you get the notice.

We do not sell shipping labels
You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. So you cannot buy or pay for postage at our counter.

Park at the front of the building
There is free parking at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels. Coming with a single parcel? Then park on the lot and walk the last few metres.
Not sure how best to deliver a large batch of parcels? Feel free to drop by and talk it through. We will agree on a fixed routine so that delivery is quick and error-free.

Your shipment sits in our locked warehouse until the driver comes. Collection works the same way: show your code and you are done.

Can I drop off or collect a DHL parcel here?
No. DHL does not (yet) work with Pakketpunt Waalwijk. Sold something on Vinted? You can often choose Vinted Go, Mondial Relay or DPD instead - those we do accept. Check the app of the webshop or seller to see which carriers are available.
Can I drop off PostNL parcels here?
Yes, but at the same address in a separate shop: the PostNL Premium Business Point. Everything about it is on businesspointwaalwijk.nl. You do not have to drive anywhere else - it is the same location at Elzenweg 15.
Can I buy a shipping label here?
No. You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. With DPD, Vinted Go and Mondial Relay / InPost we can print the label for you if you show the QR code.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Just walk in during opening hours. Park on the lot at the front of the building and come inside. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels.
I have no printer. Can you print a label for me?
With DPD, Vinted Go and Mondial Relay / InPost we can: show the QR code and we will print the label at the counter. For GLS and UPS you need to bring the label printed yourself.
How long will my parcel stay here?
The carrier decides: DPD seven calendar days, GLS five working days, UPS seven calendar days and Vinted Go seven days. For Mondial Relay the final date is in your collection notice. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender and we cannot extend that period.
Where is my parcel? Can you see that?
No. We do not give information about shipments: we only scan them in and out and see nothing beyond that. Track & trace, complaints and missing parcels go through the carrier or the webshop where you ordered.
Can I bring larger quantities at once?
Yes. We are a warehouse with a loading dock on the Haven estate, so bulk is no problem. Not sure how to deliver a large batch? Drop by to discuss it and we will agree on a fixed routine so everything runs quickly and without mistakes.
