InPost InPost and Mondial Relay parcels in Waalwijk
Mondial Relay is part of the InPost group. Was your parcel sent in Poland via an InPost parcel locker or an InPost courier? Then it arrives in the Netherlands through the Mondial Relay network and you can simply collect it at Pakketpunt Waalwijk. Drop-off and returns are possible here too. The network is large in Poland, France, Belgium and Spain and is widely used for Vinted and foreign webshops.

Label printing: sometimes
Did you buy your label from Mondial Relay or InPost? Then the QR code is enough: we print the label at the counter. We also print return labels from a QR code. Only for a Mondial Relay shipment through Vinted Go do you need to bring the label printed yourself.

Storage time: see your notice
Mondial Relay decides the storage time. The final collection date is in the notice you receive once your parcel is ready here. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender.
Good to know beforehand
A few things we want to be clear about, so you do not come here for nothing.

We do not give information about shipments
We scan parcels in and out, and that is all we see. Where your shipment is, when it will be delivered or why something went wrong: only the carrier or the webshop where you ordered knows that. At our counter we genuinely cannot answer those questions.

We cannot keep parcels longer than allowed
The carrier decides how many days a parcel may stay with us (usually five to seven days). Once that period is over, we have to return the shipment to the sender. We cannot extend it, not even if you are on holiday. So collect your parcel as soon as you get the notice.

We do not sell shipping labels
You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. So you cannot buy or pay for postage at our counter.

Park at the front of the building
There is free parking at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels. Coming with a single parcel? Then park on the lot and walk the last few metres.

- Dropped off before 12:00? Then your parcel goes out the same working day with the driver.
- Label bought from Mondial Relay or InPost? Show the QR code and we will print the label at the counter.
- We print return labels from a QR code too.
- Parcel from Poland sent with InPost? You can collect it here - in the Netherlands InPost runs through the Mondial Relay network.
- Handy for orders from Polish, French, Belgian and Spanish webshops.
What to bring
- The QR code of your label from the Mondial Relay or InPost app, email or webshop.
- A Vinted shipment via Mondial Relay? That label you need to bring printed - we cannot print that one.
- For collection: the code you received by email or in the app, plus a form of ID.

- Shipments abroad are often in transit longer than you are used to from a Dutch delivery.
- We have no insight into the status of your Mondial Relay shipment - you track it yourself in the app or webshop.
We cannot answer that - we only scan parcels in and out. Track & trace, complaints and missing parcels go through Mondial Relay or the webshop where you ordered.

No, just walk in during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:30. Parking is free on the lot at the front of the building.
