  • Bring it before: 12:00 The driver comes around 12:00. Anything that arrives later goes out the next working day.
  • We print your label No printer? We will print the label of your already paid shipment at the counter.
  • Storage time: 7 days Vinted Go decides the storage time. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender.

Good to know beforehand

A few things we want to be clear about, so you do not come here for nothing.

  • We do not give information about shipments

    We scan parcels in and out, and that is all we see. Where your shipment is, when it will be delivered or why something went wrong: only the carrier or the webshop where you ordered knows that. At our counter we genuinely cannot answer those questions.

  • We cannot keep parcels longer than allowed

    The carrier decides how many days a parcel may stay with us (usually five to seven days). Once that period is over, we have to return the shipment to the sender. We cannot extend it, not even if you are on holiday. So collect your parcel as soon as you get the notice.

  • We do not sell shipping labels

    You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. So you cannot buy or pay for postage at our counter.

  • Park at the front of the building

    There is free parking at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels. Coming with a single parcel? Then park on the lot and walk the last few metres.

Vinted Go at our shop

  • Dropped off before 12:00? Then your parcel goes out the same working day with the driver.
  • No printer? Just show the QR code from the Vinted app and we will print the label at the counter.
  • When sending, choose a Vinted Go point in the app: that is us.
  • Mondial Relay shipments from Vinted can be left here too.

What to bring

  • The QR code from the Vinted app, or a printed label on the parcel.
  • Collecting something? Then you need the collection code from the app.

Please note

  • Your shipping confirmation in the app usually appears within a few hours after we scan your parcel.
  • Vinted sets the maximum dimensions and weight - if your parcel exceeds them, we cannot accept it.
  • Pack it well: a clothing bag tears more easily than you think and we are not liable for the contents.

No, just walk in during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:30. Parking is free on the lot at the front of the building.
