The driver comes around 16:00. Anything that arrives later goes out the next working day.

No printer? We will print the label of your already paid shipment at the counter.

Storage time: 7 calendar days
DPD decides the storage time. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender.

A few things we want to be clear about, so you do not come here for nothing.

We do not give information about shipments
We scan parcels in and out, and that is all we see. Where your shipment is, when it will be delivered or why something went wrong: only the carrier or the webshop where you ordered knows that. At our counter we genuinely cannot answer those questions.

We cannot keep parcels longer than allowed
The carrier decides how many days a parcel may stay with us (usually five to seven days). Once that period is over, we have to return the shipment to the sender. We cannot extend it, not even if you are on holiday. So collect your parcel as soon as you get the notice.

We do not sell shipping labels
You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. So you cannot buy or pay for postage at our counter.

Park at the front of the building
There is free parking at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels. Coming with a single parcel? Then park on the lot and walk the last few metres.
DPD at our shop
- Dropped off before 16:00? Then your parcel goes out the same working day with the driver.
- No printer at home? We print the label of your already paid shipment at the counter.
- Return to a webshop that works with DPD: have the label or QR code ready, hand it in and you are done.
- Missed the delivery? Your parcel is here for seven days.

Please note
- Cover up old labels and stickers, otherwise the system scans the wrong number.
- We do not look inside your box and do not check the contents - DPD decides what may be sent.

Do I need an appointment to bring my DPD parcel?
No, just walk in during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:30. Parking is free on the lot at the front of the building.

At Elzenweg 15 in Waalwijk, on the Haven industrial estate right by the A59. So you do not have to go into the town centre.
