GLS parcels in Waalwijk: drop-off, collection and returns

GLS has a dense network across Europe and is popular with business senders. Drop-off, collection and returns are all possible at our counter - your shipment does need to be created and paid for online in advance.

  • Bring it before: 15:00 The driver comes around 15:00. Anything that arrives later goes out the next working day.
  • Bring your own label We cannot print this label here: make sure it is already printed and attached to the box.
  • Storage time: 5 working days GLS decides the storage time. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender.

Good to know beforehand

A few things we want to be clear about, so you do not come here for nothing.

  • We do not give information about shipments

    We scan parcels in and out, and that is all we see. Where your shipment is, when it will be delivered or why something went wrong: only the carrier or the webshop where you ordered knows that. At our counter we genuinely cannot answer those questions.

  • We cannot keep parcels longer than allowed

    The carrier decides how many days a parcel may stay with us (usually five to seven days). Once that period is over, we have to return the shipment to the sender. We cannot extend it, not even if you are on holiday. So collect your parcel as soon as you get the notice.

  • We do not sell shipping labels

    You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. So you cannot buy or pay for postage at our counter.

  • Park at the front of the building

    There is free parking at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels. Coming with a single parcel? Then park on the lot and walk the last few metres.

GLS at our shop

  • Dropped off before 15:00? Then your parcel goes out the same working day with the driver.
  • Your shipment must be created and paid for online in advance: we do not sell shipping labels.
  • Larger quantities at once are fine too: we have a loading dock and warehouse space.
  • Handy for businesses on the Haven industrial estate.

What to bring

  • A printed GLS label, firmly attached to the box. We cannot print GLS labels here.
  • For a collection: the GLS notice with the collection code and a valid form of ID.

  • Delivering larger quantities regularly? Let us know, then we will have it ready for the driver.

Do I need an appointment to bring my GLS parcel?

No, just walk in during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:30. Parking is free on the lot at the front of the building.

Where can I park?

On the car park at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people delivering heavy or large numbers of parcels, so please do not park there with a single parcel.

How long will my GLS parcel stay here?

GLS decides the storage time: 5 working days from the moment you get the notice. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender. We are not allowed to extend that period, not even if you are on holiday.

Where exactly is Pakketpunt Waalwijk?

At Elzenweg 15 in Waalwijk, on the Haven industrial estate right by the A59. So you do not have to go into the town centre.
