UPS is the choice for international and business shipments. At Pakketpunt Waalwijk you drop off your UPS parcel and collect shipments you missed at home. You create and pay for your shipment online in advance.

  • Bring it before: 14:00 The driver comes between 14:00 and 15:00. So drop your parcel off before 14:00 if it needs to go out the same working day.
  • Bring your own label We cannot print this label here: make sure it is already printed and attached to the box.
  • Storage time: 7 calendar days UPS decides the storage time. After that we have to return the shipment to the sender.

Good to know beforehand

A few things we want to be clear about, so you do not come here for nothing.

  • We do not give information about shipments

    We scan parcels in and out, and that is all we see. Where your shipment is, when it will be delivered or why something went wrong: only the carrier or the webshop where you ordered knows that. At our counter we genuinely cannot answer those questions.

  • We cannot keep parcels longer than allowed

    The carrier decides how many days a parcel may stay with us (usually five to seven days). Once that period is over, we have to return the shipment to the sender. We cannot extend it, not even if you are on holiday. So collect your parcel as soon as you get the notice.

  • We do not sell shipping labels

    You create and pay for your shipment in advance, with the carrier or the webshop. We only accept shipments that have already been paid for. So you cannot buy or pay for postage at our counter.

  • Park at the front of the building

    There is free parking at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people bringing heavy or large numbers of parcels. Coming with a single parcel? Then park on the lot and walk the last few metres.

UPS at our shop

  • Dropped off before 14:00? Then your parcel goes out the same day - the driver comes between 14:00 and 15:00.
  • The label must be printed and on the box: we cannot print UPS labels here.
  • Shipments outside the EU: make sure your customs documents come along.
  • Collection is possible throughout our opening hours, no appointment needed.

  • A printed UPS label, firmly attached to the box.
  • Collecting a parcel? Bring your tracking number and a valid photo ID.
  • Shipping outside the EU? Make sure the customs documents are complete.

  • For international shipments you are responsible for a correct description and value of the contents.
  • We do not fill in customs paperwork and cannot judge whether a shipment will clear customs.

No, just walk in during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:30. Parking is free on the lot at the front of the building.

Where can I park?

On the car park at the front of the building. We keep the spaces right by the door free for drivers and for people delivering heavy or large numbers of parcels, so please do not park there with a single parcel.

How long will my UPS parcel stay here?
